Knockoff? Probably not...

My screen protector also stuck to that beautiful S4 screen and rendered it useless. I contacted Otterbox about this, because my son purchased one with legitimate Otterbox markings. His screen protector is perfect!! My phone in his Otterbox...PERFECT!! These are most definitely NOT up to Otterbox standards!
Pay the extra and get the real deal that works.
UPDATE: Seller contacted me asking that I remove bad seller feedback, due to this defective batch of product. He promised to send a new proper Otterbox along to make it right. I'll update this review when that gets done.
UPDATE: So, the seller DID send me another Otterbox. It suffered even more from the sticky screen protector problem, but they get an A for effort! I contacted Otterbox in Colorado, and they sent me a usable inner protective box. IT WORKED! Rely on Otterbox to make it right, and don't accept a sticky screen protector!
Also, I'd have to say that this is genuine product, since Otterbox made it good.

bad screen protector

Nice stong case. The problem I have is the built in screen protector. The Galaxy S4 has a beautiful screen and the built in protector makes it look pixilated. other than that the OtterBox Defender is an awesome case

This is a great product to protect your phone , it's my second Otter Box ! It fits perfect on phone and very strong ! Only problem I have is screen gets very greasy so you always have to clean it
