Slim Full Protection Case

It offers much more protection than the Bounce and Ultra Fit, while remaining slim and pocketable. It features a dual layer design that includes an inner TPU layer and an outer hard shell. Consider it SPIGEN's version of the Otterbox Commuter. It is offered in five colors and runs about $25.

Good with a few annoyances

First off, I love the materials and look of this case. The TPU is smooth and tough, and the polycarbonate is solid and the metal slate color looks great.

My biggest quirk with this case is how it wraps around the edge. It just BARELY covers the silver bezel which means there's barely anything holding my phone in. This makes it easy to take off, but also a little bit TOO easy. Also, because there's so little material to cover the edge, the silver shows very inconsistently around the edge, while other parts of it are covered. On mine, the silver on the right side is thoroughly covered, but the left side shows quite a bit, almost as if it has been cut incorrectly or stretched while inside the packaging.

Other than that, this is a solid case that I would recommend to a friend.

EDIT from 4 to 5 stars: So, I decided to take some extra measures to see if remolding the case would make it wrap around the edges any better. I boiled a pot of water, put in just the TPU lining of the case, and swished it around for about a minute. Then, I dried it off with a couple of paper towels (HOT water), put on the polycarbonate shell, and popped in my S4.

VOILA! It seems heating the TPU shrinks it a bit, causing it to hug the phone SUPER tight. WOOHOO! I recommend these steps to everyone who owns this case!

One Drop and my phone was broken.

I had my new S4 for 9 days, one drop on a hardwood floor with case intact left my phone damaged and my display screen cracked. Not a good protection for such an expensive phone.
