Read carefully so you are not a victim. I purchase this item from LXD. The item arrived from China and is fake. You can tell because the pins on the connectors are not gold plated, the cable is short and thin, the "2d barcode" does not point to a product description. This is a fake 500mA charger. Learn this characteristics so you can recognize when the product is fake!
Update 8/2/2013 I did order from Ms CellShop and got the original product.

For consistency I used the following setup:
-Exact same phone: Samsung Galaxy Note II SGH-I317 AT&T retail version with latest stock ROM/kernel
-Exact same cable: Samsung original cable which came in the box with the above phone, 4 pinouts on the Micro USB connector
-Exact same electrical outlet: A standard 120V AC outlet with NEMA 5-15R connection from an APC Smart-UPS RT 1500VA UPS (which is an enterprise-grade double-conversion on-line UPS)
-Galaxy Charging Current app (available from Google Play Store) on the exact same phone
to test various chargers for comparison: the original charger (included with the above phone), and other units purchased from Amazon Marketplace.
External appearance: The units purchased from Amazon Marketplace have their respective chargers and cables bearing the almost the same finish and markings as the original (e.g. Model ETA-U90JWE, faded gray Samsung logo, prongs with holes, similar dimensions etc.) However, when connecting the original cable to the chargers of the units purchased from Amazon Marketplace, the fit was very loose (indicating bad/misaligned connectors on the charger side), nowhere near the perfect tight fit as it was with the original charger. In addition, the units from Amazon Marketplace have darker and taller text and disproportionately taller logos (the V-in-circle logo, the home logo, the square-inside-square logo) which led me to believe they're NOT genuine.
Galaxy Charging Current app reported the following readings:
-Original charger: 1700 mA max, 1700 mA average, 1698 mA now
-Unit # 1 from Amazon Marketplace: 1400 mA max, 1400 mA average, 1698 mA now
-Unit # 2 from Amazon Marketplace: 1100 mA max, 1100 mA average, 1698 mA now
NOW is always 1698 when it's charging from AC source.
MAX means ATTEMPTING TO CHARGE AT
AVERAGE means ACCEPTING CHARGE AT
The original charger got pretty close to the 1800 mA max that the original Samsung cable could handle. The non-genuine units from Amazon Marketplace did not get anywhere close to that figure yet were much warmer while charging.
Using the 2 cables which came with the 2 units purchased from Amazon Marketplace produced even worse results (but still above 1000 mA, if that is any consolation).
If I buy Samsung ETA-U90JWE or Samsung ETA-U90JBEBXAR 2 Amp Travel Charger again, my best bet would be to spend $40 USD to buy the authentic charger directly from Samsung US online store then buy a high-quality cable (28AWG/1P + 24AWG/2C, with 5 pinouts on MicroUSB connector) to use with it.

A lot of confusion around these chargers, I ordered one under a different Product Title from a different seller, and received a defective product, shipped from China. It had a short, thin cable. This one (and let's be clear, this one I got from a seller called Ms. CellShop) has the same cable that the stock charger that came with my phone has - it's identical. It also worked, has a nice long thicker cable, and my new Samsung S4 immediately acknowledged the charger and shows that it's charging. SO, if you can buy one from Ms. CellShop, do it. The same charger is ~$40 from Samsung direct, although you do get 50% off if you register your phone with them.
Please note that the seller for Amazon changes almost daily for this product, so your mileage may vary. Good luck!
