Air gap

The glass is packaged well and is completely clean with protective plastic. Consider buying UV glue to redo the glass/digitizer bond. Without UV glue there is an air gap between the glass and the digitizer, which, if the glass and screen aren't perfectly mated, makes part of the screen look like there's a puddle under it. Other than the pick, the tools are basically useless. If your glass breaks, but the ditigizer didn't, this is absolutely the right route to take for 1/10th the cost.

it does work but I would have to believe its a fake

I would have to believe her that this is a fake also. My original screen was black. This screen is blue even though it is listed as black. Font and texture is just like hers in the video and it is off also. I am only giving this product a 3 star because the phone does work with the new screen on but I pretty sure it will shatter if it gets dropped or hit once.

Check before you fix it

At first, I really loved the glass and the kit was helpful. The glass was of course cheap. Everything was perfect but after when i fixed it and turned my phone on to check if it was working, all the software features worked good except the air gestures. I noticed that the top left sensor was blocked by the screen which disables the air gesture feature. Make sure your glass has a hole for that sensor before replacing it.
