Anker does a good job with this combo package.

I have a GS4 phone and find myself constantly connected to the usb charging cord. It took me a few months to finally realize that the GS4 device has a replaceable battery. I searched, found this combo from Anker, read the glowing reviews and quickly ordered the batteries for myself.

THE BATTERIES:

I got two batteries with my order. They appear to be exactly the same size as the original GS4 battery. I had no trouble at all replacing the original battery and snapping the case back onto the phone. They appear to hold the same exact charge as the original battery as well. I never performed an official benchmark test to find out the longevity of these batteries throughout the day, but I did not see any massive or significant drops in performance. They feel about the same, they charge the same and they last just as long.

THE CHARGER:

The charger I had received originally was bad and malfunctioned straight out of the box. It wouldn't charge the batteries at all. I immediately emailed Anker, and within less than 24 hours had a support ticket and a customer service rep asking me some details about my unit. After sending them a picture of the current Anker charger, they then sent out another charger free of cost. Within 36 hours of my email to Anker, they had sent out a replacement device and did not ask me to send the faulty one back. The new one arrived and worked perfectly.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE:

I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service Anker provided. I would definitely recommend Anker to others and I would used them again without hesitation.

nice set charger plus battery

Smartphones are very useful, but their battery life depends on usage. The more you use, the faster you run out. This is specially true when travelling, when GPS and cameras are more heavily used. The set with extra batteries and charger is handy to have. With two charged batteries it is harder to run out when you most need your phone. I am using Anker batteries for two weeks, the first week I was just carrying one charged battery, but this week I run out of charge in the middle of the day, and started using the Anker battery. I found that it lasts at least as long as the stock Samsung battery. I haven't changed back to the battery that came with the phone, and I am using it as the spare. I think it charges more when using the phone than the wall charger, but it may be just an impression.
I am happy with the product and would recommend it. The case is so nice that the charger does not look so hot besides it, but it does the job, and the batteries are good.

Batteries not as great as oem. Great charger.

These batteries are great and what not but are not comparable to the original Samsung battery. It seems to drop in percentage twice as fast. But I suppose the oem battery would last three quarters of the day and the anker battery would be suffice for the rest of the night. I wouldn't say these are on part with the original battery.

As for the charger, I average approximately 5 to 6 hours and the use port can fully charge my phone in approximately 2 to 3 hours, which is actually pretty decent (with the extra battery in place). Overall, I think the 20 bucks spent could have went to a cheaper solution. I only bought these for the amazon prime shipping in order for it arrive before my trip.
