Genuine Samsung but only 0.7A output

Be aware -- This charger is only 0.7A output, model number ETA0U60JBE. If 1.0A was the rating on your original phone charger, then this charger will work, but won't charge your phone as quickly as a 1.0A model.



The charger that came with my Galaxy S III has 1.0A output, model ETA0U61JBE, identified on Samsung's web site as "Travel Charger 1A" (for which Samsung charges $35). So I'm going to buy the "Samsung OEM 1.0A Original Home Wall AC Travel Charger Adapter + USB 2.0 Data Sync Connect Transfer Charge Cable". I chose the seller "Jon Bargains" since they're the only seller with a 99% rating, and will hope they don't send used merchandise. The picture doesn't look the same, but if its OEM 1.0A, it will be fine.

For a great vehicle charger, choose the Motorola Vehicle Power Adapter micro-USB Rapid Rate Charger.

Quality original Samsung Charger (item differs by seller)

I needed 3 more chargers for my Samsung Droid Charge, but saw that different reviews seemed to describe different chargers, especially in regards to the cord length. Seeing that there were numerous vendors for the same product and that the difference in price was just a few cents, I decided to purchase one each from three sellers. So I chose three with good ratings and got the following results: All chargers were official Samsung chargers with good quality micro usb cables. The cables fit well and snugly and the tips matched the picture in the product description. But there was a difference in the length of the cables. Two cables were four feet in length (purchased from 'IBD Electronics' and 'Seller 1on1') and one cable was two feet in length (Purchased from 'Yellow Deals'). All three chargers work well, and I have no complaints. One note, though... the charger that came with my phone had a slightly higher output rating (950mA), while all these are (700mA). But in day to day operations, they work just as well for me.

Good product, Ive had issues in the past ordering chargers and they not actually being name brand as advertised, but this one is a legit samsung charger and i really like that the cord is long, i have another that's quite short and it's annoying. shipping was fast as well!
