Exectly what i needed and a good price. My Galaxy S4 Slim Fit Case fits nicely. The phone fits snugly (but not tight) side-to-side so it doesn't move around.
It could easily accommodate a phone with a larger case since the neoprene is stretchy. There is 1/2" of extra depth available with my phone inserted, so the phone does not touch the plastic cover. The plastic is flexible so you can use the controls with the phone in the case. And the little massage beads makes my arm comfortable when i do jogging...satisfied

I have trouble finding arm bands that fit my large arms but this band was large enough. The case it's self is great but be warned there is no extra room in the pocket for your phone. If you keep it in a bulky case you might have a problem.

If you have a large arm this is great but if your a tiny person this will be way too big. I had to give this to my roomate becasue it simply was way too big. When I measure my arm it measures 10" and when I put this holder on it could not fasten becasue my arm is too small...So if you have small arm DONT BUY....Then again, if your arm as fairly large this is a nice, wonderful, case you can use while jogging, etc...
