the Diamonds fall off

i received the item damaged, with a couple diamonds missed, and they werent even inside the package, because i thought ok i'll glue them back but no, and then i cant even get a reimbursement if i dont ship it back and its almost the same price of what it costs, they wont offer you a replacement either.
just disappointing. its a nice looking design but too cheap.
