The label in the package actually reads "Sports Armband for Samsung Galaxy Note and large Smartphones having up to 5" Screen Size" and I would add "and for Galaxy IV in Otterbox Defender Case". It nicely fits with my smartphone and I was really looking for an armband that could be the right size and this one wins. The quality of the product is excellent and it has reflective safety strips. It was a good purchase.

Packaging says it is for a galaxy Note. But it does fit my Galaxy S4 with case. Velcro strap keeps it in place when running. Both ends are accessible so in can use it either direction. Very happy with it.

So, as a side note, I have only had this armband for about a week. I have used it about 4 times, including 2 times in the rain. I was actually really worried about my Galaxy S4 getting wet while using it, but it didn't get wet at all; however I did pull the short sleeve of my shirt over the top of the armband just in case. Also, It fits really nicely on my arm. I like it so far.
