Flash Red light indicates battery is not connected well.

Note:
- Does not work with the extended battery.
- Protective case is not over 2mm thick with detachable case plate off.
- If you unplug the battery from the battery charging slot when the battery is over 80% charged, but less than 100%, you will not be able to re-charge to 100%. But, if you unplug the battery when the battery capacity is not up to 80%, and plug it again it will still charge the battery to the full 100% capacity. This is to prevent the battery from over charging and damaging the battery.

cradle plus extra battery charger plus USB Sync

another amazing RavPower product,
just picked up one of these Dual Desktop Charging Cradle & Sync Dock for $19.99 and i'm loving the ability to charge phone and extra batter while synced to pc/laptop to do my file transferring ect. phone fits in the charger very secure so no worries on moving cradle if needed plus the base of the cradle is a hard rubber so it wont slip.extra battery fits in back out of the way and fit there is also secure. has the led lights to show when charging and when fully charges for both phone and spare battery. had lots of cradle chargers in the past and for the price and how its works this is best one i used. also these cradles are Compatible without or with a Slim-Fit Case. i also liked the angle at which the phone sits while its docked, still very accessible and easy to read your screen if needed, not sure what else to say about the product but it works and makes life so much easier for the cell phone user in every day life.

My schedule is hectic. Almost every day I attend college from 8AM to 3:30PM, and right after I work from 4PM to 12PM. Both school and work involves me using my phone. Whether it's contacting clients or researching information for classroom discussions, let's just say my Galaxy S4 is always under heavy usage. Even though the S4 has a much improved battery life than the previous models, it is still no where near perfect to run an entire day on one charge. I was lucky enough to be contacted by RAVPower to try this product. When I realized this product would enable me to charge my device and a spare batery, I was very excited because this would solve my battery issues for long days. Due to my previous positive experiences with their products, I decided to try this one out without any hesitation.
Within two days the product was at my doorstep. The charging dock came packaged very nicely in a box. Once I took the product out of the box, I was very impressed by the overall build and quality. For the price point, the design and attention to detail really caught my attention. The front part of the docking system has a beautiful glossy finish to match your S4's body, whereas the sides of the product has a matte finish, complementing the S4's brushed steel look. The back of the charging system has a little insert to charge a spare battery. Now, it has a little LED light to show if the battery is charging. When the LED light is glowing red, it indicates that the battery is charging. Once the charging is complete, the LED light switches from RED to GREEN. The charging time for the docking system is extremely fast, within about an hour I can charge my phone completely. The charging time for the spare battery isn't as fast, it takes about 1 hour and 40ish minutes to charge the battery completely, which isn't bad at all.
For the price point, RAVpower is enabling customers of Amazon to get a gorgeous charging dock for a very low price. The quality and performance of the product does not make sense for the price point. If you are someone such as me with a busy schedule or if you are just someone who likes to put their phone under heavy usage, this is a great product for you because it will always enable you to have a spare fully charged battery, no matter where you are.
RAVPower has an amazing customer service team. I've never had any problems with their products but they have always taken their time to respond to any questions I have ever had in order to make sure that I was fully content. I highly recommend this product, not only for it's performance and quality but also for the company that is behind it!

Does not work for SGS4A

Purchased this because the seller said it works on the galaxy s4 active. It does NOT unless you remove the rubber seal to the charging port on the phone. The charging port on the docking station is not long enough so it doesn't sit flush with the seal still on unless you remove it.
I did remove the seal because mine was ready to fall off anyways. It does fit on the docking station with my case which is a Seidio Surface case holster combo w/ kickstand.
