The two piece polycarbonate inner layer snaps together around the device to form a secure foundation. The inner layer includes a built-in screen protector that prevents scratches while memory foam pads cradle the device to provide added shock absorption. The outer layer is made up of rugged silicone that wraps around the inner layer to absorb impact. The Defender Series Galaxy S4 case comes with a ratcheting belt holster that can also double as a viewing stand.

Great customer service. Great product I really needed a good strong case for my phone. This came in handy out here in in Afghanistan. The otter box case is well recommend for your expensive devices.

Product was as described. It was the exact same as the otterbox website. Study full body construction. The only quip I would say is protection over the face which is thin. I would like it to be thicker but then again the touch function may not work. Excellent and not as bulky as thought. My otterbox iphone 4 case is much more bulky but it protects my phone like brand new.

CHEAP KNOCK OFF, NOT EVEN CLOSE TO OTTERBOX QUALITY...

I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY THAT SOLD ME THIS PRODUCT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND HAD FAST SHIPPING. THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE ITEMS EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF THE CASE. FIRST OFF, MY PHONE DIDN'T FIT CORRECTLY. THE SCREEN STICKS TO THE GLASS LEAVING AIR BUBBLES BETWEEN THE GLASS AND PROTECTOR. THE SIDE BUTTONS ARE HARD TO USE, AND YOU MUST PRESS REALLY HARD TO GET THEM TO WORK. THE PRODUCT LOOKS AUTHENTIC, BUT I AM SURE IT IS A CHEAP KNOCKOFF. OTTERBOX WOULD NOT MAKE OR DISTRIBUTE ANYTHING WITH THIS POOR OF QUALITY...
