SF coating is great!

Needless to say this is my third case I've tried, the first was rocketfish and then a slim case from tmobile. The rocketfish had a nice finish but everytime I gripped it in my hand it would creak because of a tiny crack on the sides. And the button openings were a little awkward. Basically same thing with the tmobile case except better backing.

This case "fits like a glove". No annoying "creaks" while gripping, it feels flush to the phone. Near the end of the day pressing the power button felt natural and I didn't notice any awkwardness.

The "SF coating" is has a nice inbetween grip that doesn't get hung up on your pant pocket, but feels secure in your hand. It has that nice soft texture on the back.

Overall, this is by far the best slim case I have found and would recommend it to my friends.

Fantastic case that is not slippery, but not tacky... it is just right

This is a fantastic case! It is very light and adds very little weight to the entire phone. All of the buttons are exposed, which I prefer. The SF version, which is what I am reviewing, is rubbery to the point where the phone won't slip out of your hands or slip off a surface but at the same time it won't get stuck in your pocket. Buy this case!

Love the slim design

So I've used a few Spigen products in the past, always liked their stuff. This one is really great for people like me. Doesn't seem to get the usual glossy/greasy look that many cheaper cases get. It's very slim, I barely notice it's on my phone, which is honestly why I picked it in the first place. I've dropped my phone a few times since buying this (just small distances) and neither the case nor the phone has been damaged.

I am easy on electronics. I never break my stuff. This case is great as a small layer of extra protection and scratch protection for the back of your phone, if you are hard on tech however, I advise either an otterbox, or something like the Spigen semi-hardshell case that's hardshell on the outside and TPU on the inside.

Also, I've seen a lot of people complain that this case doesn't have a lot of lip for setting their phone face down and that it may get the screen scratched up. For one; it's a "slim fit" case, it shouldn't have much of a lip. Second; the majority of damage done to the screens on phones is actually from being in pockets/bags with other stuff like change or car keys... so unless you buy a case that has a screen protector built in, I'd advise a Skinomi TechSkin protector, which is the same as an Invisible Shield for less than 1/2 the cost (Seriously, mine was $3). Actually I'd advise a screen protector off the bat no matter what case you use. It's common... or maybe not so common... sense.

Also, I've read in other reviews problems with being able to hear the phone go off with this case if it's back down. I'm an audio tech, so I'm used to listening for subdued noises, so it's possible that I just don't notice because I'm accustom to picking out background sound, but I've had no problems hearing my phone no matter what position it's in.

Anyways, 5 out of 5 for what it is. And what it is is an excellent case for people who are easy on their phones that don't like the extra bulk of more protective cases, but want a little added protection.
